In Spain, since 2004, the number of adolescents who smoke has fallen by almost 50%. They were 21.5% and today they are 12.3%. According to the latest Encuesta Estatal sobre Uso de Drogas en Estudiantes de Enseñanzas Secundarias the consumption of cocaine and cannabis among those from 14 to 18 years old is gradually lowering.
