According to a recent survey on the use of IT devices within enterprises, implemented by Avanade on 17 world countries, 32% of business managers said to had changed the company policy in order to make the workplace more attractive to young employees. A percentage that, as far as Italy is concerned, reaches 63%. Furthermore, according to the same source, 43% of Italian managers allow their employees to use the smartphone at work.
