Today, on February 14th, an event has been organized around the world to protest against violence concerning women. In fact, the flash mob called One billion rising owes its name to the total number of women who have suffered violence. Associations have estimated that one in three women could be raped at least once in her life. One billion rising wants to draw attention of the relatively silence of our society and media concerning the violence against women. Thanks to the video, everybody can learn the choreography and participate in this fight. The slogan will be: 1 billion women raped is an atrocity, 1 billion women dancing together is a revolution.
