The outrun

What in many European countries is still a dream, in England is already a reality: gender equality in the workplace. In fact, to tell the truth, the lady across the Channel have already indicated, ready to overtake. So much so that in the age group 22-29 years old they earn more than men. This is confirmed by a recent study of the gender wage gap by the UCAS. Which showed that the hourly wage of British male youth, just under £10, is lower than that of their female colleagues. A reversal of trend that will probably revolutionize the traditional social roles. There is a good bet, for example, that mothers in career could be encouraged to return to the office shortly after pregnancy, leaving the partner to take care of offspring. Certainly it is not yet time to declare victory. Since the women over 40 continue to have a paycheck lighter than their male peers. It is clear however that in the reign of Her Majesty the historical wage gap between the two halves of the sky are the days numbered.
