Team building does not work against homophobia

In France, 51% of men who practice a sport does not look with favour on homosexual teammates. Interesting to note that homophobia increases among those who play in a team and when competitive level is high. In addition, according to the Paris Foot Gay association, the sport, which should include the values of respect, diversity and educate them, cannot become a “factory of intolerance.”
