In France, according to the Monster Index, in March 2011 the number of  job offers posted on the Internet grew by 21% in comparison with last year. A sign of economic recovery, also confirmed by Insee data on business creation in the first quarter 2011: 155 thousand new enterprises, half of which with an autonomous nature.
