In the UK, in 10 years, the cases of sexually transmitted diseases among the over-50 are duplicates. The research, published in the British Medical Journal, shows an increase in infections such as chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis and herpes, up to full-blown cases of AIDS. It shows the non-use of condoms as a primary cause.
