Sexual offenses, the responsibilities of doctors

In France, 25% of people sentenced for crimes of sexual nature are recidivist. An alarming phenomenon on which the authorities beyond the Alps have decided to investigate. Accused are the health workers who by law are responsible for caring for these people after they have served their sentence in prison. Apparently in fact 50% of French doctors prefer not to follow the recommendations of the Authority of Health. That indicate very clearly as in these sensitive cases it is not sufficient to monitor the patient’s behavior, but also and above all do everything possible to prevent that the patient performs such a serious crime again. Which means resorting from drugs that inhibit sexual desire to the extreme remedies such as chemical castration. Solutions, that the doctors are not so keen to agree with. Why? The experts of the Institute for Justice who have made ​​a detailed investigation about this problem have no doubts: ignorance and negligence are the basis of this disagreement.
