40% of the invalidity allowances paid in Europe are related to a mental illness. This was announced by the OECD in a study that highlights the major impact that such conditions have on productivity and employment. The Organization invites, then, states to be vigilant to this phenomenon that the economic crisis does nothing but exacerbate.
