In Italy, families with at least a minor child are the most technologically advanced. The 84.4% of them, in fact, own a personal computer, 78.9% have access to the Internet and 68% use broadband connection. Against a national average, respectively, of 58.8%, 54.5% and 45.8%. This was revealed from a recent report by the National Statistical Institute, according to which the above-mentioned percentages have increased if compared to 2010. Anyway, the dangers of the network, primarily for children, are not to be understimated. As it was well illustrated during the presentation of a survey conducted by the Parliamentary Committee for Infancy.
