In the family, he works and she stays at home

In Germany, women have less probability than men to access to vocational rehabilitation government programs. Only 38% of women can profit of the state  initiative compared to 58% of man. Moreover in the richer western Landers, the gap is even wider: 21% vs 60%. Not to mention that in general it is the fairer sex to perform the skilled jobs with low remuneration.  It is suffice to say that the vast majority of unwed mothers can find work only thanks to the project One-Euro-Job:a socially useful activities with an hourly wage of one or two euros. In short, a real discrimination against women that has its roots in the vision of the family called Ernährermodell: Teutonic version of italian machismo
