The Local Health Authority of Nuoro, in Italy, has conducted a research on customer satisfaction by administering questionnaires to 7000 patients and 1500 employees. The results are positive, especially the quality of nursing service and medical care. Needs to be improved waiting times, duration and queue management, a willingness to provide telephone information, schedules, organization, signposting to services and readiness of personnel to meet the demands.
