Gays and lesbians employees in SFR would benefit of 11 days of parental leave if respective partners had a baby. The decision was taken by the director of Human Resources of one of the bigger telecommunication society in France, Marie-Christine Théron after a meeting with HomoSFéRe, the SFR association of lesbians, gays, bisexual and transsexual and it will starts from 1st March.
