Report 2011

In a decade the number of under-five deaths worldwide has declined by 4.4 million. From over 12 million in 1.990 to 7.6 million in 2010. In other words, child mortality rate has decreased by about 12,000 units per day. This is what we can read in the last report issued by UNICEF and the World Health Organization (WHO).
