Adriano Ruchini, born April 15, 1959, innovative entrepreneur, President and CEO of Minerva (www.minerva.it).

He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from the MIB of Trieste and he is EFQM Excellence Award Assessor in addition to being Ambassador of the Excellence EVP for EFQM itself.

From May 2010 he is President of the Commission Energies and Renewables at the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce in Budapest. In the recent dialogue on the development of relations between private Italian Small and Medium Enterprises and the Hungarian market he has coordinated the platform of the interministerial He is also President of Confapi Gorizia (Italian confederation of small and medium private industry).

Always been a promoter of multiculturalism and dialogue without frontiers, in 2003 organized a women’s tennis match on the Italy-Slovenia border, at an ITF Challenger, which heads before the boundary wall between Italy and Slovenia was killed, while in 2004 on the same square on the border down, organized the first Italian-Slovenian Championship Cross Border.

Engaged in developing CSR initiatives, in 2005 he received the National Award for Corporate Social Responsibility – City of Rovigo (www.premiorovigocsr.it), after having received in 2003 the World Trade Center Award, a prize for the combination of entrepreneurial success and attention to social responsibility.
In 2007 he received the Golden Service Award, a prize for the best service in Italy.
In 2010, Pininfarina Award for Innovation and is among the winners of the prize IXI, an award for business innovation.

From 2009 he started cooperating with Ambrosetti, in 2011 he is the speaker to the educational meeting “With the excellence we leave” bringing the EFQM model as example of successful business tool, which aims to balance between attention to customers, to employees and all stakeholders, in sustainable terms.
