Not only because in most cases the authorities are not even aware of it. Not surprisingly, the numbers of websites where people advertise their new hallucinogenic discoveries, exchange views on the subject with a lot of reviews on the intensity and duration of effects is growing. You can then buy them in the online supermarkets at a price ten times lower than the cocaine. A phenomenon that results in a real cat and mouse game for experts and law enforcement: there is no time to identify and ban a substance, here already new ones are sprouting. A harsh reality that shows how sterile and expensive the Nixon memory attempt is to combat this phenomenon with a proliferation of bans. Just think that in the recent report of the European Observatory on Drugs “legal high” are not even mentioned.
