Between 2008 and 2010 almost 5,000 British children under 16 have got a gun license. A veritable army of children armed to the teeth, that has nothing to envy of the country where this phenomenon is well known: the United States. But how is it that the so rigid Albion will reach figures like that? The truth is that, net of parental responsibility, very much depends on a permissive legislation. So much so that even an under-10, minimum age required across the Channel to be held legally accountable for their actions, can freely enter into possession of a rifle or a machine gun.
