The e-book has definitively undermined the old paper pages also for the European students evaluation. It is a proof the last OECD-PISA report, which analyzes,for the first time, the skill in the digital reading of 15 years old pupils, of nineteen member states. Some States such as Spain are positioned at bottom of this special ranking countries, mainly because of the limited availability of computers and internet access at home or at school. While among State at the top, girls are those who showe more familiar with new technologies, in the reign of Juan Carlos occurs the opposite trend: students space out of 6 points their female counterparts. The report emphasizes, finally, as is generally the best performance are made by those who use computer heavily but for personal and not strictly academic reasons.
