The justifications put forward by the accused, according to whose he found himself without work and often in severe economic difficulties, were not considered valid. Because, in the course of the procedure, it has been amply demonstrated his total disinterest in seeking stable employment. All this compounded by the fact that, even when he had found a job, he has always preferred to resign in order to take unemployment grants.
