Add insult to injury?

In 1994 Ms Agnès Klouvi sued her boss for sexual harassment. But not only benefited he from a non suit declaration by the court but in turn he sued her for libel. Finally Ms Klouvi was condemned to pay 12 thousands euro. But while DSK affaire still lasts the European Court for Human Rights convicted France to reimburse Ms Klouvi for violation of the presumption of innocence and of the right for a fair trial.
