SNCB Guide for disabled people

In Belgium, if a disabled person has to travel on a train of the national railway company (SNCB) has to book the ticket 24 hours before. The Conseil Supérieur National des Personnes Handicapées (CSNPH) considers non-flexibility a discrimination. However, SNCB says that this is the minimum time necessary to prepare the service for handicapped people.
